The JEE Main 2023 exam will be held in online mode in multiple sessions from February to March 2023. Candidates will have the option to appear for one or both of the sessions.
The eligibility criteria for JEE Main 2023 require the candidates to have passed their 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Candidates who are appearing for their 10+2 examination in 2023 are also eligible to apply.
The application process for JEE Main 2023 will be conducted online, and candidates will have to register themselves on the official website of NTA
The JEE Main 2023 question paper will consist of multiple-choice questions from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The exam duration will be 3 hours, and there will be a total of 90 questions with 30 questions from each subject.
Based on their performance in JEE Main 2023, candidates can apply for admission to various undergraduate engineering and architecture courses offered by different colleges and universities across India. Top-ranked candidates can also appear for JEE Advanced, which is the next level of the JEE examination and is required for admission to the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs).

How to Apply:

- Fill Application Form: Once the registration is done, fill in the JEE Main application form by providing personal, academic, and other details as asked. Upload scanned images of your photograph, signature, and other necessary documents.
- Pay the Application Fee: After filling in the application form, pay the application fee online using a debit card, credit card, or net banking.
- Select Exam Date and Slot: Choose the exam date and slot as per your preference and availability.
- Download Admit Card: After the application form is submitted, download the admit card from the official website.
- Check the Result: After the exam, check the JEE Main result on the official website using your roll number and date of birth.
- Prepare for the Exam: Prepare for the JEE Main exam by studying the syllabus and practicing previous year question papers.
- Appearing for the Exam: On the day of the exam, reach the exam center on time and carry a printed copy of your admit card along with a valid photo ID proof.
