Paper 1 is a computer-based test consisting of four sections General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Knowledge and General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Comprehension. The duration of the exam is 2 hours and consists of 200 multiple choice questions, with each question carrying one mark. The paper is set in both Hindi and English.
The PST and PET are conducted after the declaration of the Paper 1 result. PST includes height, chest and weight measurements for male candidates, while for female candidates, height and weight measurements are taken. PET includes running, long jump, and high jump for both male and female candidates.
Paper 2 is a descriptive paper consisting of questions on English language and comprehension. The duration of the exam is 2 hours and the maximum marks are 200.
The final merit list is prepared based on the marks obtained in Paper 1 and Paper 2. Candidates who clear the PST and PET are eligible for Paper 2. After the declaration of the final result, successful candidates are selected for the post of Sub-Inspector in various CAPFs and Delhi Police.
